I liked the fact that it was easier to answer the questions and complete the filing process but the biggest drawback in TT is that it does not send reminder emails. For instance, the last date to efile was Oct 20th or so and it did not send me any notifications in that regard. Ideally, TT should get the user email or phone number upfront and send critical updates to the email or sms to phone.
